Transitional Care Center Capitol City offers in-house, full time Registered Dietitians (RD) who closely monitor the nutritional needs of our residents. Each resident is evaluated and an individualized nutritional plan is developed to assist the resident in healing. Meals are planned by the RD and dietary manager who meet with each resident to discuss their needs, likes, and dislikes. Specialized diets are also available.
