HIV/AIDS Care
HIV remains one of the most serious global health threats of our time. In 2015, 2.1 million people were infected with HIV, and 1.1 million died of AIDS-related causes.
Here at Transitional Care Center Capitol City, we believe we can help to end the AIDS epidemic. Since 2010, deaths related to AIDS have dropped by 35% in the part of the world where we work. More people are getting treatment than ever before. By keeping the focus on the needs and rights of key populations, we have the power to prevent new HIV infections and ensure those living with HIV and AIDS are not left behind. Transitional Care Center is the answer to receiving short term care, providing stabilization for those suffering with HIV to returning to the community and living well at home.
